Book launch: Agencies of Art

On October 10 at 5 pm Kunsthallene i Norge and the Norwegian Curator Association will hold a combined launch, presentation and discussion at Fotogalleriet.

Jonathan Habib Engqvist will present the report Agencies of Art: A report on the situation of small and medium-sized art centers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden written by Engqvist together with Nina Möntmann.

There will also be a presentation of the Norwegian Curator Association’s report on the working conditions of curators in Norway, which will be followed by a discussion. The event is organized by the Kunsthallene i Norge and the Norwegian Curator Association through Fotogalleriet and Oslo Kunstforening.

Fotogalleriet’s offices at Møllergata 34, entrance from the backyard, ring bell C4.
The launch will be held in Norwegian and Swedish.

- Presentation of the Norwegian Curator Association's report: Natalie Hope O'Donnell (Chairman of the Norwegian Curator Association) and Silja Leifsdottir (Deputy Chairman of the Norwegian Curator Association)
- Discussion between: Marianne Hultman (board member of Kunsthallene i Norge), Jonathan Habib Engqvist and Leif Magne Tangen (deputy chairman of Kunsthallene i Norge)
